Student who study the Humanities and Liberal Arts/Studies are prepared for leadership and managerial roles in organizations.

As the aforementioned study suggests, liberal arts graduates may have a slower start than their counterparts, but the skills they develop help them become leaders in their fields.

The issue is that students are having a difficult time articulating the competencies that they are acquiring.
