Ranching is the practice of raising herds of animals on large tracts of land, commonly cattle and sheep in temperate, dry areas. Over farming is reusing farmland to its limit.

The Cause
Over farming is mainly caused by the lack of good farming land and the need to feed more people than the harvest would allow. Ranching has similar causes because most of the
meat produced by
ranching is exported
to other countries.
This is happening because there the demand is higher
than the supply.

The Effect
The main effect of over farming and ranching is deforestation
and environmental pollution
They need an abundance of land in order to ranch and farm, so they are clearing away the rainforest, polluting it with their machines as they go.
How is this happening?
SOLUTION
The Solution
A solution could be to set aside a specific amount of land for ranching so that there wouldn't be as much expansion. Crop cycling would fix many problems
by giving and
taking different
nutrients,
enriching the
soil.
