Sin leads to misery, but God's grace leads to life

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother Let me take the speck out of your eye, when all the time there is a plank in your own eye? You hypocrite first take the plank out of your own eye, and they you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
Sin Defined: Sin is anything I do, say or think that displeases God
Why do we ever sin?
- We live in a broken world dominated by sin
- We're born this way
- Because it feels good
Sin has miserable consequences
Don't marry an unbeliever...it sets your kids up for spiritual failure.
Some consequences kick for a very long time
Onanism=coitus interruptus or masturbation
Misery loves company
Secret sins will find you out
Unrepentant sin always leads to more sin
Be killing sin, or it be killing you!
