The SeaVax
by Neth
*This presentation provides information and facts about the SeaVax.
* The Seavax is one of the most capable, fully autonomous ocean cleanup vehicles.
*It can remove 24,000 tons of plastic every year from the ocean.
*That is out of the 8 million tons of plastic that enter the ocean every year.

Suction Capabilities
The wind turbines and solar panels on the top of the deck feed energy to the electric pumps and filters for the vacuum funnel to work.
The SeaVax is able to suck 24,000 tons of plastic every year and can hold 150 tons of plastic at once.
Wind power
The SeaVax is a machine that moves along the surface of the ocean. This makes it easier to pick up wind to create energy. Instead of being underwater the SeaVax’s wind turbines pick up wind and create energy to power the machine. This gives us the clear answer that the Seavax is fully capable of turning wind into energy because it floats on the water and doesn't submerge itself underwater.

Why not collaborate
Hydro Power
Unfortunately not.
Once the plastics are captured by the vacuum the plastics are shredded and the water is filtered out. This process is completed over and over again, and by doing this process Blue Growth predicts that machine could reduce the amount of plastics in the ocean by 24,000 tons of plastic every year. Once fully built the SeaVax can hold 150 tons of rubbish in one load all thanks to the vacuum.
