Requirement for event hosting:
- Host 1(75% of active attendees), go to 3(25% of active attendees) or
- Host 2(75% of active attendees)
- There must be 2 event hosted in spring semester. One must be hosted in March because of the spirit of phoenix and the celebration of founding.
Time of proposal:
- Send the event general information to national board 2-3 weeks ahead
- Send proof within a week after the event
- If overdue, it could be either not pass or get fined
General notes:
- 1 food event per year
- Event must be educational
