Black Hole

Thermodynamics

?

How do stellar black holes form?

The Background

(Black Holes)

The "Spark" that forms a stellar black hole is hydrodynamic collapse.

The Spark

The reason is simple, the mass of the star is condensed to an extremely small size.

Why does it have such a strong gravitational force?

Entropy of a black hole is rather different from that of our everyday objects and environment

Entropy and how it tells us black holes are thermally constant

Hawking Radiation and such

Radiation

(Aka, we don't have a theory of everything yet)
