  • Avoid posting repetitive content across the cyberspace
  • Ask yourself if the information you're about to send someone worth their bandwidth and time

Make yourself look good online

  • You won't be judged by your physical appearances but you will be judged by the quality of your writing. Pay attention to what you write and make sure that your notes are intelligible and analytical
  • Remember to be respectful and pleasant. Do not use offensive language and avoid offending anyone needlessly

  • It is not forbidden but it does forbid the use of angry letters and dominating tones

  • Failure to respect other people's privacy makes other people lose their trust
