Follow up weekly with student and teacher on the student’s behavior. Problem behavior must cease consecutively for one month before the meetings with the classroom teacher can cease.

The cycle restarts at the beginning when the student rejoins the class.

If this cycle repeats more than 3 times in a week, a written description of the antecedent, setting, and the student's behavior is recorded. An office referral is created.
