Child will be seated at a table or in a chair. The child will have the book that has two shoelaces on it in front of them. The book will give written cues for the steps of tying shoelaces. While getting the cues the child will tie the shoelaces that are on the book. Child will complete the task of tying a shoelace.
To grade this activity easier for the child, the shoelace will be thicker and different colors to allow for an easier grasp and visual difference.
In order to grade this intervention harder the the shoelaces will be smaller and harder to grasp. Once the task has been memorized the child will not use the book's cues.

Visual motor integration
Child will be in their normal environment where they dress or in a therapy gym.
The child will be seated at the edge of bed or matt table. The child will have their pants next to them. The child will put the pants over their legs in order to correctly position the pants. Then they will put one leg through the pant leg followed by the other leg. The pants will then be pulled up over the child's knees. After it is pulled up the child will stand up and the pants will be pulled up the rest of the way.
To grade this activity easier the child will use shorts to put on instead of the pants. This will allow the child to better manipulate the clothing.
In order to grade the activity harder the child will put the pants on while standing to put more demands on the childs gross motor skills and balance.
