  • Fur is a Tawny colour with dark spots called rosettes and a lighter underbelly
  • Rosettes are flower shaped spots
  • Usually 92-190 cm long
  • Male leopards are usually larger than females
  • Most leopards weigh about 60-200 pounds.

  • Is able to run up to 57 km/h

  • Live about 12-15 years in the wild but up to 25 in zoos
