Summary
Aftermath of Lincolns assassination
This chapter shows different events, characters, and points of views. It shows that Booth wasn´t alone in these tragic event. 3 more people were on three different tasks for everything to work out. Afterwards, Booth and the other three co-conspirators were going to meet across the Navy Yard Bridge. While Dr. Charles Leale had given life to the president, Laura Keene found a way to attract fame for herself. After this event, Dr Charles Leale and others wanted to find a place for the president to take his last breathes before dying after the tragic event.

A tiny derringer, that was hidden in Booth's pocket. Was used to shoot the president on the side of his head.

Booth had attempted to cross the Navy Yard bridge and succeeded after the murder of Lincoln.
After Powell escaped from the Sewards house, Robinson showed Fanny how to slow the flow of blood and saw how Seward looked like after the attack.
The surgeon, Dr. Charles Leale, arrived moments after Booth shot Lincoln and proceeded to check the president, after figuring out what had happened, he somehow gave life to the president for a couple of minutes.
David Herold had escaped from the Seward house disaster and made it across the Navy Bridge after escaping to meet Booth.
After Herold left, Powell successfully made it out of the Seward house and got lost on where to head to so he went a layed under a tree.
Laura Keene had figured that the event that was happening in the theater would be amazing for the fame and publicity. She proceeded to go and look at the president and held his head on her dress which caught many people´s attention.
After every different event that happened, Dr.Charles Leale was desperately trying to find a place to where the president could lay and finally get his last breaths before dying.
