Mr. Windibank wrote a letter to Holmes and comes to him. They talk about the case and Holmes exposes him as the offender. Mr. Windibank escapes without punishment.

Climax:

Falling Action:
Holmes connects the dots and concludes that Mr. Windibank and Mr. Hosmer Angel are the same person.
He is angree that the law can't touch him.
Rising Action:
Mrs. Mary Sutherland and Holmes talk about the case -> Mrs. Mary Sutherland is desperate.
Resolution:
Mr. Windibank is scared and runs away. Holmes hopes now that Mrs. Mary Sutherland would never believe the truth and that she will forget Mr. Hosmer Angel.
Exposition:
