- Do not delay things for tommorrow

- Be organized

- Avoid doing many things at the same time

- Do not have scheduled every minute of your live

EAT HEALTHY

What we have to eat if we want to stay healthy?

Highlight the importance of fruits,

vegetables, whole grains , milk and low-fat or non-fat dairy products. Includes lean meat, poltury, fish, beans, eggs and nuts.

We have to avoid fried things, margarine, refined vegetable oils, box cereals, refreshing drinks like Coca-Cola, Pepsi or Sprite.

A part of don't be stressed, eat healthy and don't take drugs you have to be sporty. Do sports it's a very good way to don't get stressed, go for a run 30 minutes every day and thats all! And if you do an big effort don't foget to stretch.
