Today, we are going to go over how to properly Proofread a Document! This will include using Spelling & Grammar Check, the Thesaurus tool, and the Word Count tool!

why should I care about this?
Why should I care?
- It will help you succeed in writing papers
- It will make you automatically 10 times cooler
- You can be introduced to many new words, broadening your vocabulary
- It is almost as fun as going to Disney World
- In college you are going to need to type really long papers with an exact word count.
- It basically Minecraft but in Microsoft Word.
How do I use it?
Can anyone tell me how to use each of these tools? Let's take a look!
BUT FIRST! KEYSTROKE SHORTCUTS!
- Spell Check: Alt + F7
- Thesaurus: Select the Word, hold down SHIFT and F7
- Word Count: Ctrl + SHIFT + G
