the situation that you are in or the people you are with.

  • Emotions are private experience

  • A primary human emotion types are the one triggered to an event.

Secondary emotions:

  • It depends on the situation we are experiencing.

  • In practical terms, this means being aware that emotions can drive our behavior and impact people (positively and negatively)
