  • Rome was located in Italy and had a lot of hilly land.
  • However they had flat land next to the shore they also had a lot of water around them.
  • The Mediterranean sea was one of the bodies of water around Rome.
  • The flat land next to the water made it easier for them to grow crops and have battles on water.

The Romans believed in many gods which is called polytheism. now that is fine but the Romans were a bunch of dirty thieves all they did was make spin offs of gods from places the took over like what the heck Rome. they mostly took gods from Greece like Zeus and Poseidon who Rome turned into Jupiter and Neptune.
