conclusion
Based on the evidence collected, we can deduce that it was an accident, and no one killed Anna Garcia. She most likely had a headache because of her head injury, and became dizzy. On her way to grab medicine, she dropped them, hence the 3 pills on the floor. She was still dizzy, and started to crouch down to reach the pills, which is the height that the blood drops dripped from. She lost balance, hit her head on the table, and passed away.
