Producers are plants. Example like Algae is a plant which takes the energy from the Sun and water. producers make their own food which is later eaten by other animals.

Primary consumers eat the producers in which the energy taken by the producers gets transferred in the body of the primary consumer. They are also known as Herbivores. Example is an Mudskipper.

Secondary consumers are animals who eat the primary consumers. They are also know as Carnivores. Carnivores are naturally meat eaters. An example is like a Frog

Tertiary consumers are animals who eat both Plants and Animals. They are called Omnivores. An example of an omnivore can be a Heron.

Decomposers are microrganisms who eats up the dead bodys of animals and then when they eat it up, the nutrients they get is later given to the plants.
