We are going to look at what IS and IS NOT intercultural communication. Our main focus for this section of the course is "intercultural communication competence".
First, with a partner, make a short list for each of these categories:

- Lay out clearly

- Clear font, minimum 10 point
- Choose a start to your CV that best represents yourself and the job you're applying for
- You will need to compose a new CV for each different job you apply for
- Respond to the posting
- Promote yourself
- What can you do for the company and what can the company do for you?

For your amusement (or torture?) we're going to look at some different examples of good and bad CVs.
Some people go abroad for a short time, some for a long time.
Some go because they want to, some don't want to but they have to.
Some people want to return home, and out of those some can and some can't.
Some people are happy with their choice and some are not so pleased.
Can you think of some examples for each of the people mentioned above?
