-Have lots of colors on your plate

-Meal prep (saves money, and time durign the week)

-Getting water at resturants instead of a soda, also saves money

-Avoid the candy and cookie aisle! (Shop the outer rim of grocery store, they want to sell you the crap food to make more money!)

- Signs (Thirst, Dry or sticky mouth, Not peeing very much, Dark yellow pee,Dry, cool skin. Headache.Muscle cramps.)

-How much water you need is individual

-Sjogren's Syndrome and constant battle with staying hydrated.
