Welcome 2022-23 Flag Football Players and Parents
Requirements
-Sports Physical must be completed prior to 9/19 in order to practice
-Maintain a B average
-No ISS/OSS
- Consequence: game suspension or possible dismissal from the team
-Ability to handle constructive criticism & treat all teammates, managers, and coaches with respect
-Learn game rules and study plays
-Be on time to practice and early for games. Do not miss practice unless you have a valid excuse (contact coaches beforehand).
-Be prepared for practice - water jug, cleats, appropriate clothing, hair ties, etc.
-Keep a positive attitude at all times, especially during games. All players should be attentive and supporting each other.
-Demonstrate a strong work ethic -- we all have a role to play.
Expectations
-Act as a leader on and off the field -- you represent your school, your coaches, and your teammates.
-Consistently demonstrate good sportsmanship.
-If you are found to be in violation of the expectations, accept the consequence and move on; being given a consequence is not an opportunity to argue with coaches or to abandon your team.
-Never give up on your team or yourself.
