Pay Information
Time off is super important. We'll dive into Vacation time, sick and personal time and even talk about dates that are blacked out.
Vacation - 15 days for first 2 years
Sick/Personal - 10 days per year

1) Vacation and Sick/Personal is use it or lose it by December 31st
2) You can use more hours than you have accrued
3) If for any reason you are negative when you
leave CI, you will owe the balance
4) You can begin using accrued time off after
30 days of employment
5) Requests MUST be submitted 10 days in advance, but the sooner the better.

Who is eligible?
In order to keep healthcare costs as low as possible, CI has a Health Reimbursement Agreement (HRA) with Discovery Benefits.
What does this mean for me?

I pay the first $2,800 of my BCBS Deductible
CI will reimburse me the rest of my deductible as I incur costs. This will be administered by Discovery Benefits.
Cigna pays.
We offer a free life insurance policy to all of our employees. ($25,000)
Even if you are declining all other benefits, be sure to enroll in the basic life insurance policy.
Once you enroll, you will not be able to make changes to your plan until open enrollment (our plan year is 8/1/2019-7/31/2020) OR you have a qualifying life event like:
