(1) grab all your materials and place them on the counter.
(2) measure the original size of the gummy bear.
(3) put one in water.

(6) put one in soda
(7) keep observing and measuring the gummies after the hours.
(8) after night check on the gummy bears and measure to see which one grew the biggest.

conclusion
The hypothesis was correct and the gummy bears placed in water grew the biggest. The gummy bear grew the largest in water because the candy absorbs that water in a process called osmosis. This means that the molecules move from an area of low concentration to an area with higher concentration. Since osmosis occurred, the claim was proven that the gummy bear in water will grow the largest overnight.
