TRUE MEN OF GOD: Part 1

COVENANT

A covenant is a solemn agreement between parties through which they commit themselves to certain relationships, task, obligations or ways of living. Covenant agreements do not just bind persons to something outside themselves Rather, the parties are bound in a personal way. What is established is a significant family-like relationship between the agreeing parties.

Our Covenant is not merely a matter of obeying a set of laws, but of entering into a living relationship with Jesus and becoming a True Man of God.

1. How is your prayer life?

2. How often do you read the bible?

"The real reason to pray,

Jesus prayed"

There are lots of occasions in the bible where Jesus prayed

I don't have the time

"Meanwhile, the disciples were in trouble far away from the land, for a strong wind had risen, and they were fighting heavy waves.

About three o'clock in the morning Jesus came toward them walking on the water"

Matthew 14:24-25

I am unworthy

you have to pray,

God has a million more."

Max Lucado

We may not be worthy in the promises of Christ, but we will never be worthless in His eyes.

It is too difficult
