The Project Life Cycle

All organisations carry out projects - some very big, some very small
This school manages many projects, such as creating extra spaces on the car park and building a walkway between A and B blocks
Some models use different wording, but the key message of the stages remain the same

Planning
Execution
Evaluation
Research the stages of the project life cycle and produce a poster detailing what is involved at each stage
P1 Task
You have been asked to create a presentation (ppt) on the stages of the project life-cycle.
You must describe each phase and explain the purpose of each phase
Your presentation must also include the documentation generated at each stage of the project life cycle.
As I assume you don't want me to film you presenting, you MUST have VERY DETAILED delivery notes underneath each slide - Pretend that you are delivering the presentation and write your script
You are expected to perform research throughout your coursework. It is very important to reference your sources to avoid being punished for malpractice.
There are TWO ways that you need to reference.
If you use a website/book for general information about the topic, you can include it in a references section at the end of your document
Direct quotations should be referenced in the text where they appear, as well as in your references
This is HARVARD STYLE referencing and is used at all Universities - you will need to get used to this!
