At the first level there is wholemeal bread, cereal, pasta and different kinds of rice. Pasta is usually eaten with a sauce or in soups. These products are very healthy and you should eat these very often.

LEVEL 1

This level contains vegetables and fruit. They are very healthy because they are the source of vitamin C. Moreover these products are rich in minerals. People should eat vegetables and fruit every day.

LEVEL 2

LEVEL 3

This level includes greasy products. This level is healthy because these products are enriched with iron. These eat products are very tasty, but shold eat them , for example, from time to time.

This level contains different unhealthy food. People should cut down on these products, We should eat them more rarely in comparison to products from level 1,2.
