- Law was given--10 commandments
- Condemnation--law impossible to keep
- Can't be touched
- Burning with Fire
- Darkness and doom and gloom and storm
- loud trumpet blasts
- The majesty of God
- The unapproachability of God
- Terror of God
God will shake you up to wake you up to your position in Jesus
Mount Zion
- Good news
- Freedom from the weight of the law
- Heavenly=beautiful and blissful
- Joyful--dread and fear are gone
- Life giving
- Hope
Revelation 3:5--the one who conquers will be clothed in white garments, and I will never blot his name out of the book of life. I will confess his name before my Father and before his angels.
Assurance leads out of complacency into urgency
