Introduction- Begin with appreciating the client; his work, achievements, office space- let it be authentic.

At the Meeting

Mention your name by wishing & saying "Good Afternoon Sir/Ma'am, Thank You for meeting/calling us. My name is Suchita and handover your card.

Post the greetings you will make your company presentation which could be a PPT/ PREZI/ VIDEO.

You then ask for a brief if the client has called you.

Leave your details and ask them to call if they have a requirement

Or if they have a requirement at a particular date then make note of it
