Wait... what is Depression?
It's normal for you to feel sad, act grouchy, or be in a bad mood at times. But when a sad or bad mood lasts for weeks or longer, and when there are other changes in your behavior, it might be depression
Depression Explained for KIDS
1. Fear of leaving parents
2.Trouble Breathing
3. Feeling Dizzy
4. Mood Changes
5.Sleepiness
6. Over or Under Eating
7. Crying
8. Low Energy
9. Scared of people or new environments
10. Anger
Track your Emotions
Explain to an adult how you are feeling by pointing to the face that shows how you feel. You can talk about this feeling if you feel comfortable.
