Incarnation is a word that was used for describing god become human flesh in the form of jesus christ. Incarnation is when a person becomes flesh, a deity, spirit or abstract quality. For example a human becoming a spirit. When incarnation happens you become a extreme form of whatever you become for example jesus was able to cure the blind, paralyzed, etc.
The Annunciation is the annoucment by angel gabriel that she would concieve a child by the power of the holy spirit and that the boy would be called Jesus. Mary than said "Here am I, the servant of the lord; let it be with me according to your word." There is a feast nine months before christmas which is march 25 that is called the The Feast of Annunciation.
The Vistation is when mary went from galilee to judea right after the annuctiation to visit her kinswomen Elizabeth who was soon to be the mother of john the baptist. Recored in lukes words Elizabeth greeted mary "blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb." than mary burst forth with the song of praise which we call the magnifica beginning "my soul proclaims the greatest of the lord. We are told that even unborn John the baptist jumped in joy in his mothers womb.
