Exercising regularly can be important just for the purpose of staying healthy, however, in this study researchers link exercising regularly can produce a healthier baby and fight against gestational hypertension.This could be useful as a way to write about what can be done to try to prevent gestational hypertension, as well as a healthier baby.
Exercising is almost as important as nutrition, while the two topics would not work well in a paragraph, it would be beneficial to have one of them precede the other.
