Most Priests I talk to like just about everything about it, especially helping people out, making them feel loved, etc.
I've heard priests complain about being on-call 24/7, Paperwork, and the fact that many people see their collar and have strong reactions.
I've asked many, many, many priests for advice for a guy discerning. They all respond the same:
PRAY.
This Was Rough. I could Barely Find Anything about the Daily Life of a Religious Priest, Let Alone a Dominican Priest.
This is What I Managed to Find.

Please Note: A Capitular Father Appears to help preside over general meetings of Dominicans from all over the world, so this is probably not what a day would look like for an average Dominican Priest. However, it was the best I could find and reflects some of the main parts of the life well.
7:00-7:30 AM- Morning Prayer
7:30-8:30- Mass
8:30-9:00- Breakfast
9:00-10:30- Work Session 1
11:00-1:00 PM- Work Session 2
3:30-5:00- Work Session 3
5:30-7:00- Work Session 4
7:30-8:00- Evening Prayer
8:00 PM- Dinner
Again, this may not be exactly what an average Dominican Priest's Life looks like!
For example, I know that many teach at Colleges/Seminaries, and their days would look different.
Working with Co-workers- 10 Hours
Writing or Drawing- 5-7 Hours
Using Computers- 5-7 Hours
Working Inside- 10 Hours
Working at a Desk- 5-7 Hours
On Your Feet- 2.5-4 Hours
This Dominican Priest really is loves the collaboration and presentation of New Ideas in a General Chapter. He seems to be very studious and diligent.
However, he appears to sometimes be frustrated with the style by which these ideas are implemented: discussion. What he wants to get done doesn't always get done, and the topic of conversation is sometimes not about what he thinks it should be about.
