What is Arts Integration?

Definition
Arts Integration is a research-based curricular strategy and has been utilized in classrooms for more than 30 years.
When arts integration takes place within core subject classrooms, teachers can
present complex lessons that bridge multiple subject areas and encourage critical thinking skills.

"Arts integration puts creative inquiry at the forefront of teaching and learning, not in a casual way, but explicitly." (Cornett, 2015).
