PHYSICLA ACTIVITY
Physical activty is going for a walk , running , swimming , hiking , and other stuff that will get your heart pummping and yourblood flowing it dosent have tobe long but it has to be at lest half an hour . You should get at lest an hour or two if you sit arownde doing nothing your body dosent get enof of exercis and your body will probaly will get sick.
I fellt like this unit was a good experament for us to learn and to wach to what we eat and that ther is a lot of bad stuff in food that we dont know about and that suger is so bad and now it scars me to eat to much of it . Now that I learned that it is very importent to be healthy and now I play on my scouter so i can be more active then being a lazy patato. I lked this unit because it teaches us that it is improtont to be healthy than being in the house doing nothing.
