Germany wanted to invaded England. Australia help by giving 8 air plane pilots which shot down 5 or more enemy aircraft's. Australian pilots where praised for their fight in that battle.

Battle of Tobruk, Benghazi

The Battle of Tobruk or commonly know as the Siege of Tobruk was where Australia armies was force into Tobruk and was under siege for long period of time.

The Battle of Benghazi the British wanted to take over the Italian colony of Libya, to stop them having a base in North Africa.

The Battle of Greece and Crete happened because the Allies want to take Germany access to petroleum. They want to also stop Germany invasion of Greece.

The Australian planned with the Allies about putting a Australian naval base in Singapore it end up cost Australia a lot of men. Australia was questioning there friendship with Britain.

The Battle of Burma happen because Japan invaded Burma and the Allies which includes Australia was trying to stop this from happening. It because Burma was one of the way into China.

Location: Kokoda, Wau, Lae and Salamaua

In Lae was an Australian military base which captured by the Japanese army. With the help of the American army the Australians got the japanese out of New Guinea.
