The press
The press was persistent in finding out more information about the new couple ( Diana and Dodi Fayed) The press was following the couple. A few were taken in to see their involvement by the police. the article states, "Dodi told his driver on the occasion, Henri Paul, to evade the paparazzi who awaited them."

This is what was published after the "accident" As Picture 2 says Diana was murdered in the ambulance, she later died in the hospital, she survived the crash. As the other states Diana was possibly pregnant. This supports that this was a scheme to make sure no one knew and also a way to "get rid" of Diana

Her driver, Henri Paul was under the influence while driving, as express.co.uk states "According to the toxicology reports, Mr.Paul was three times over the French drinking limt..." He was going 120 miles per hour when he crashed into the pillar in the Point de I'Alma Tunnel in Paris.
As you can see, Paul Burrel is claiming the driver could not have been drunk, this adds more suspicion to it was a planned murder. There have been claims that they would have survived if they had worn seat belts as well.
Based on the evidence we can conclude that Prince Charles had hired someone to make sure this looked like an accident but Based on this when she survived the crash she died of a "fatal injection" Her driver was under the influence (which is actually reckless homicide)
