What would happen if SOME humans were able to live under water?
If some humans where able to live under water they would have to adapt to the new environment, this could be negative because most people like us need food to survive and there are unsafe animals like sharks who could make getting food and resources difficult. Due to getting resources being difficult some people can die from starvation or getting attacked by animals like sharks.

The promise was made by Namor because Shuri could have easily killed him but decided not to because she thought of her mom and the teachings that her mother taught her. She chose to remember those teachings and chose to use those teachings in the promise that was made for the better future of Wakanda.
Do you think the promise will be kept?

No, i don't think this promise will kept because Namor said the world would be at war with Wakanda and that Wakanda would beg for their help. The way Namor said this sounded evil and in a way it sounded like he tried to threathen or scare the people of Wakanda.
Are they actually evil?

No, I do not belive that Namor and the Talokan are evil. Although I do belive that Namor and his people somewhat had evil intentions. Namor grew up killing people but really he was just protecting the land, he has done some bad things, for example Killing the Queen, Attempting to kill the Scientest, attacked Wakanda and their ship and ploting to destroy Wakanda and the Black Panther with it. Namors methods were wrong but his intentions of protecting his land are what made him somewhat good.
