Early Japanese Influence

Early Starts

The Japanese took control of Korea in 1908, and they were not kind to the Koreans. They took away their history, language, and culture, and made them view themselves as primitive compared to the Japanese. This anger tword the Japanese would fuel Kim Il-Sung for later times.

Kim was sad.

Kim's country was torn to shreds by the Japanese forces, with division between northern and souther korea over communism, and Kims whole life was taken away from him by the Japanese.
