Nestle Sales Process

Pull up the website on the customer's phone via QR code on your badge or google our website. (www.ReadyRefresh.com). Ask the customer to pilot their phone (extend hand under their phone)

On our website, click the three bars on the top left and select "5-Gallon Quick Shop" to begin sales process.

Poland Spring or Purified?

Ask the customer if they drink Poland Spring or Purified water. Add 3 bottles of whichever water they prefer.

On the next page, rent and add ONLY 1 dispenser.

Ask the customer how much water they usually drink. Choose the appropriate delivery frequency based on the customer's answer.( (3) 5-Gallon Jugs = (5) 24-packs of 0.5 Liter Bottles)

On checkout screen, review all the items for the customer:

All customers qualify for a free 24-pack of ONLY Poland Spring water. Press "Add to Cart" and put in your Agent ID.

Remind the customer about all the products they will be receiving and how much they will be saving with this offer.

Do not forget add the FREE 24-Pack of Water and your Agent ID code before you proceed to checkout!!

Before proceeding to checkout, you MUST let the customer know the following:

  • What the monthly cost will be before & after taxes
  • The first month of delivery is free, but there is a $6.95 delivery fee for all other month
  • There is a $50 refurbish fee for the dispenser if the customer cancels

*Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and have at least 1 capital letter and 1 number*

Setting Delivery Date

On this page, customers will see the price after taxes. Record all delivery information (NOTE: You MUST put the apartment number or floor number if applicable)

All customers MUST provide their cell phone number and opt in for text messages for future deliveries. This is to ensure that your order gets delivered.
