A Persian shop owner who receives a significant amount of racism, as it had only been 3 years since 9/11. He buys a gun, but his daughter, Dorri, buys blank bullets for him without him knowing. This saves Lara's life. He believes that Lara is his "angel" who has saves him. He shoots Lara because he believed Daniel broke into his shop and destroyed it.
Dorri - Farhad's daughter. She buys blank bullets for his gun becauce she does not want him to have one.
Shereen - A hardworking woman who suffers from a lot of racism.
Is racist towards Farhad when they are buying a gun. Kicks him out of his store for not speaking English to Dorri.
Cameron's wife. She is sexually assaulted by Officer Ryan. Her relationship with Cameron starts to deteriorate, but at the end of the movie, they express their love for each other.
A worker on the set of the film Cameron is directing. Suggests that the actor "didn't dound black enough." Cameron succumbs to his prejudice and agrees, even though he knows it is wrong.
He is run over by Peter and Anthony in Rick's car. He may have been running a smuggling business.
A high ranking black officer in the LAPD. Officer Hanson asks to be reassigned away from Officer Ryan. Dixon is realistic and knows the amount of discrimination in the force.
Kills two black men in a gunfight at the beginning of the film. Graham takes him down during the film for his actions with the help of Flanagan.
The head of the DA. He wants Graham to frame Conklin. He is also very racist saying: "f*cking black people huh?" to Graham.
