Miyamura Izumi, is one of the main protagonists from the story "Horimiya." Through out his school years, he was always lonely and unwanted, it was only until when he and Hori started to build a relationship did he started living
Miyamura is a very kind person despite his past. Appearance wise, he has long hair that covers most of his face and glasses, because of this and his quiet nature, his school pears weren't interested in talking to him and labeled him a loner.
But once you get to know him, he will become attached, paranoid and extremely caring. When Hori sometimes has requests that are out of his comforts, he'll still do it if it means making her happy. He doesn't get emberesed easily when he is with people he trusts, as soon as it's someone eles however, he'll get more flustred and weak. He can help other but not himslef.
Miyamura wasn't liked by his peers his entire life. Durring group worcks he was always left out. People weren't interested in him or bullied him. This caused for him to isolate himself after being hurt many tims in a row. Makio ecpacially bullied Miyamura and blamed him for the death of the school bunnies (in reality it was Makio who forgot to feed them.) The loniness and worthlessness Miyamura experienced made him pirce himslef as well as tattoo. He did like how it all looked, but the main reason why he decited to do it was because he didnt know how to let out his emotions so he chose to harm himself
Decpite opening up now and befriending more people, Miyamura's past still hunts him. Due to the bullying he grew to be very paranoid. Through out the sotry, he often gets nightmeres about his past or starts to overthing weather or not his friedns hate him or want to leave him. During the last episode, Miyamura keeps thinking about how would his graduation look like if he and Hori haven't interated. Instead of fully enjoying it, the feeling of "I could have lost all of this" keeps creeping up.
