I am involved in hockey and soccer and it helps have a healthy heart healthy muscles and a healthy body.
I think that i am eating good but i have been eating a lot of sugar so i need to eat less sugar.
I think that i am doing good for physical activitiy because i play hockey and we have 60 minute games and practisce.
I think i am doing not to bad but not too good at the same time because i am getting mad at losing my hockey games more and my brother is really anoying so not to good and not too bad
so so far i think that it has sorta change my mind about how i eat because ive really been thinking about eating less sugar so i think its been working and ive been trying my best to stop eating sugar and its sorta working so thats good.
