Karma points for ‘love’ was mostly given as a way of expressing gratitude and appreciation for the efforts of each other from within and across admin team members:

• Galactic Gratitude (out of this world ‘thank you’)
• Rising Star (Shout outs from People Outside OA)

Freedom

Freedom was the least popular company value this month, as this achievement is usually related to random client shout outs and weekly KPIs being met and/or exceeded

How can you REDEEM you Karma Points Rewards?

Mechanics in Redeeming your Karma Points Rewards:

• You must have earned at least the minimum # of Karma points required for the item that you'd like to redeem
• Your Karma points serve as the currency for the rewards that you’d like to redeem (1 karma point = $1)
• There is a cap of 200 points, where you will not be able to earn any additional karma points beyond 200; until you select a reward to redeem your points with.
• Example: If you are at 200 points and someone sends you 3 points, you will remain at 200 points, until you redeem a reward (for example $30 Netflix) then you'll drop down to 170 points and you'll be able to continue to accrue more karma points up to 200.
• Karma points rewards are non-transferable
