During the Pleistocene era, the continents look exactly like they are to this day.

The climate back in the Pleistocene Epoch was really cold. The continents of Notrth America and Eurasia were covered in a sheet of ice called the Laurentide Ice Sheet.

The Pleistocene Epoch started around 2.58 million years ago and ended around 0.012 million years ago.

The plants and animals that lived in the Pleistocene Era consisted of: Large Mammals, Low-lying grasses, and Evergreen trees.

The Pleistocene Epoch was mainly known for its icy conditions. This was also the epoch known for Woolly Mammoths. This wra occured in between the Holocene and Pliocene time periods.

How did it end?

The Pleistocene era ended because of overpredation of humans.
