Pathway focused on improveing recovery after surgery. ERAS goal is to help reduce stress caused by surgery. Program focus: to normalize surgical anad recovery experience.

Over 3 months before surgery: Urology clinic visit at TSRH

3 month visit before surgery: Urology clinic visit at TSRH

2 week clinic visit at CMC

Pre Admit and OR visit at CMC

Inpatient stay at CMC

Post op Visit at CMC

Follow up visits at TSRH

1. Pain control with minimal narcotics

2. Keeping the patient nourished

3. Keeping the patient moving

  • Bladdar Augementation Surgery
  • Bladdar Neck Reconstruction
  • Creation of catherizable channels: AVP
