Pearl Harbor was definetly affected by evreyone in Hawaii. Many people were killed and wounded even if they didn't participate in the war. To be exact over 2,000 people died.

The Attack on Pearl Harbor was supposed to be a suprise attack by the Japanese. However the United States were expecting to be attacked but they were not sure who, when, or where. The japanese did there best to keep this attack a secret. On the next slide you will know what the 3 are.

The Japanese decided to attack Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. They chose Pearl Harbor becuase it had the most resorces, the Japanese had confidenced in their army and thought it would be an easy target to attack.

The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941. The attack lasted about 900 hours, 800 hours in almost all of the United States planes were destroyed.

Why

Why the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor

The Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor for many diffrent reasons. The major reason is because they neeeded more resorces. The Japanese was lacking common resorces that the United States had therefore they planned a suprise attack on America.

The Japanese were planning this attack on the United States for a significant amount of time. There plan was to have a suprise attack on the United States. The japanese's main goal was to attack the US boats. Their main strategey was using bombs and torpedos to attack.

In the end of the attack thousands of people were dead, including civilians of the United States. The United States lost hundreds of airpanes, fighters, weapons, battle ships, and more. The Japanese had planned this attack throughly and won succsessfuly. The Japanese lost very few airplanes, fighters, and battle ships.
