Overview of the Plan
D I E T
Personally, I have never been a big supporter of any diet plan as that many plans call for individuals to drastically cut out complete sections of nutrition and food sources. This idea to me has left me believing that a diet is merely the ‘Dyer Intensity for Enjoyable Edible Things’. However, I do like the approach of this plan in that it does not require the purchase of any food products from a company and scientifically, it is in line with what we now know to be truths about nutritional needs and demands of our bodies. Glucose is a vital component and fuel for our brain and central nervous system. Therefore, we must get it from our nutritional sources that are healthy options. If we are exercising daily, then physiologically, the human body will utilize the whole grains and complex carbohydrates that this plan calls for.
