What: Setting up our interactive & warm-up notebooks.
Why: To stay organized, learn proper note-taking skills, and learn how to be prepared for using the same skills in High School as well as beyond the educational setting.
How: Mrs. Solod will show you with the Prezi and you will follow along and do what she prompts you to do.

First things First
Let's make sure you have 2 Composition Notebooks in the right colors:
1st block: Yellow 4th block: Blue 5th block: Red

1) The Outline method
2) The Cornell method
3) The Mind-Mapping method.
We will do a combination of all 3 throughout the school year.

I will do random notebook checks and I will use an on online Rubric grading system in Canvas for this.
Warm-Up Notebooks stay in class with me in their designated area.
INB's need to be with you every single day & on days I check them, you will turn them in to the designated bin for your block.

Get your folder out now and have it on your desk so I can come around and write your name on it then take it up.
