We were doing it all wrong!

We carried over models of how church should be done from previous churches and tried to add new things with it. You cannot add new things too outdated models. We failed trying to establish a new church model with old leadership styles while expecting growth from my leaders and growth in our ministry. We set levels of expectations under previous understandings of roles. We look at the characteristics that person at that time and felt they met the expectations required. We are living in a different world, different times, and different expectations, so once again that model becomes a failure. For us to grow and become the church in which God has established us to become we must establish a model that will work perfectly for us and set up proper generals to run an effective NBM model church.

Communications Director

The communications director at a church is responsible for overseeing all church communications, which include: church graphics, website management, video and audio production during events and services, church-wide email and text communications, and any other public relations or marketing needs a church may have.

Volunteer Coordinator

volunteer coordinator will oversee: volunteer training and recruitment, reporting on overall volunteer health, overseeing pain points or issues with volunteers, as well as organizing small group leaders, Sunday school teachers, childcare volunteers, work-project volunteers, youth group chaperones, and any other participation opportunities your church may provide to its members.

The Ministerial Staff is committed to supporting the vision of the church and living in the highest level of moral integrity. The primary purpose of our Ministerial Staff is to devote themselves to prayer and the study of God‘s Word (Acts 6:2)

Executive teams play 2 critical roles in an organization.

The first is obvious: They provide strategic and operational leadership to this ministry. They set goals, develop strategy, and ensure the strategy is executed effectively.

The second is less obvious, but just as important. The executive team provides the organizational and cultural DNA for New Bethel Ministries. How well the executive team functions as a collective leadership body and how its members interact serves as the model that teams throughout the organization will follow.

Over these last 12 years we have failed trying to do Woman conferences, some second services, appreciations, Pastor and 1st Lady Birthday etc. We will spend our time over the next three years to perfect Sunday Morning worship and Tuesday Night Bible study. We need 100% of leadership focus around perfecting these two service.
