What is a LEAFLET?

Leaflet is a type of open letter which is designed to be handed out to people either by hand, by post, inserted in local newspaper for distribution to grab people's attention

How to stay healthy during Covid-19 pandemic?

The world is now facing with a new virus called Covid19. Our country Brunei Darussalam is also facing this problem. Below are the guidelines of how you should and should not do to stay healthy during the pandemic.

Remember the steps to success?

We should:

• Wash our hands with soap regularly or apply hand sanitizer because hand washing with soap removes germs from hands.

• Cover our nose and mouth with a disposable tissue or bent your elbow when you cough or sneeze because the germs may spread.

• Avoid close contact (1 meter or 3 feet) with people who are unwell because it is one way to practise social distancing.

• Stay home and self isolate from others in the household if you feel unwell.

• Touch our eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean.

• Attend any mass gathering for example friend's birthday party because we might not know who else is infected.

• believe any unofficial news because sometimes, it is a false statement that can cause people to panic. Panic doesn't help!

Conclusion

Please practise and always obey the should and the should not guidelines above to stay healthy during this pandemic. We also should listen to every advice from The Ministry of Health.
